    Matt and his team took on a project for us to remodel and add a new Sun Porch/Quiet Space to our home. He worked through our design. Took all the requirements from us and delivered an outstanding Living Space that has added enjoyment to our living here at home. His team was professional and worked through all of our changes, handled ordered our customer windows and doors and delivered a great add on for. I highly recommend Matt and Good Works Remodeling and Construction. We will continue to follow and we appreciate his workmanship!

    I've used Matt and Good Works Remodeling & Construction on 2 projects and most recently on a bathroom remodel for a Walk In Shower. The job involved demolition, new sub floor, shower pan and floor membrane installation, plumbing, tile work, drywall, barn door installation and painting. For both of our projects, he focused his time on our projects which means the completion times were really fast compared to other remodeling contractors we have used. Matt takes pride in his work, is easy to work with and has great suggestions. We are very pleased with his work and will use him again on future projects.

    I've used Matt three times for remodeling projects. Twice on houses I bought to flip and another time on a rental I owned. He did a fantastic job on all three homes. I was able to sell all of them for top dollar because of the professional job Matt did. Do not hesitate to use Matt for any job. He can do just about anything that a house would need He's good and his prices are fair!

    Matt was my 3rd estimate on doing the Hardy Plank on my house. He was more knowledgeable than the other two estimates. He realized that I had already replaced my windows and said we should also update our front door. We asked him also about installing freeze proof water spickets front and rear of the house. Also if he could move our dryer vent away from our front door. We previously decided on the size of the Hardy Plank, color of the paint and wanted T1-11, 4" on center for the gables by driving around different neighborhoods and seeing what other had done to their homes. We also asked for the installation of motion detector Led security lights front and rear of the house. After negotiating all the additional options and agreeing on a price, Matt began the job. We were amazed at the craftsmanship of his work. We since hired Matt to do other projects around our house.

    I have used Good Works R and C for over a decade on a wide variety of projects. Not only is the work professionally done and fairly priced, Matt has also come up with innovative solutions to remodeling challenges on multiple occasions (ventilation to a remodeled attic and open shelving in a modern kitchen that has no visible support bracketing to name a couple). I would trust Matt and Good Works R and C to do anything. Can’t imagine ever hiring anyone else.
